  • Your Personalised Roadmap: A clear, personal plan that acts as our north star. It’s the end of the guesswork - ensuring every session is focused on getting you back to a state where you feel in control of your energy, not just at the mercy of your to-do list.

Phase 2: Strategic Integration & Partnership (Weeks 2-11)

  • 60-Minute Weekly Sessions: A private space to unpack the mental load and understand your body's reactions. We process real-time challenges so you can stop performing your life and start participating in it.

  • 90-Minute Mid-Journey Calibration & Celebration: An extended session at the 6-week mark to pause and actually see how far you’ve come. We’ll slow down to honour the wins, the learnings and those quiet moments where you felt truly proud of how you showed up. From this place of progress, we’ll recalibrate your roadmap for the second half of the journey.

  • High-Touch Between Session Support: Direct 1:1 access via WhatsApp or Email (Tuesday - Saturday). Because your biggest shifts happen in the "in-between" moments, this is your real-time support to work through experiences as they arise and reset exactly when you need it.

Phase 3: Reclamation & Maintenance (Week 12 + Beyond)

  • 60-Minute Closing Session: Our final session together solidifies the version of yourself you’ve worked so hard to reclaim. How are the sessions run, and what do I need to take part?

THRIVE is 100% online, delivered through Google Meet, so you can join from anywhere. You’ll also have your own client portal via my coaching platform, Ivorey, where you can access your resources, personalised client notes and session materials. All you’ll need is a laptop or tablet with an internet connection and camera to attend calls and make the most of the support and tools available.
