For over 15 years I worked in high-pressure spaces - from delivering global productions like FIFA, to facilitating classrooms, mentoring artists and leading live events where the stakes were high and the margin for error was zero. I learned how to perform under pressure, manage complex situations and keep everything moving - even when it meant pushing past my own limits.
On the outside I looked grounded and capable. On the inside, I was running on empty, constantly overriding my own needs and losing touch with who I was outside of the grind.
My experiences shaped me. They showed me what it’s like to carry the weight of responsibility, to keep saying yes, to present as capable while internally feeling the opposite. And they showed me, eventually, that living that way was unsustainable.
Burnout forced me to stop. To face the perfectionism, people-pleasing and constant override I’d been ignoring. To relearn how to rest, rebuild trust with myself and listen to what my body had been trying to tell me all along.
Now, as a Holistic Health & Wellness Coach, I partner with ambitious wāhine who are carrying those same invisible loads. Together, we unravel the patterns that keep you stuck in push-through and rebuild the clarity, energy and self-trust that let you make decisions with confidence, rest without guilt and finally live in a way that feels true to you.
