Boundaries & Balance Collective

A 7-Week Group Coaching Experience for High-Achieving Wāhine

A woman with short dark hair wearing a black tailored blazer and wide-leg trousers, standing indoors near a large window, looking outside with her hand on her hip.

Create space for yourself without guilt. Set boundaries that hold. Show up to your life differently - without burning out

You’re capable. You get things done.

You hold a lot — and most people don’t see how much.

You manage expectations. Emotions. Schedules. Crises. Calm.

You’re always thinking ahead. Always holding it together.

But lately?

• You’re saying yes when you don’t have capacity

• You feel responsible for everything, but disconnected from yourself

• You crave time to reset — then feel guilty when you take it

• You’re exhausted, but everything feels too important to drop

It looks like a time problem. A scheduling problem. A workload problem.

But under all of that? It’s a boundary problem. And your nervous system knows it.

Imagine if you could…

Say “no” without guilt and mean it
Take time for yourself without the mental chatter
Relax during your weekend without checking your emails
Walk away from a conversation without replaying it all night
Rest, actually rest, without needing to earn it first
Let go of being the one who holds everything - and trust that it’s still okay
Stop ignoring your needs to meet other people’s expectations
Know your limits, hold your boundaries, and still feel like a kind, generous, grounded version of you

This programme is about making room for your full self - without apology, without overthinking, and without needing to prove anything

Boundaries & Balance Collective is a 7-week group coaching experience for wāhine who are tired of doing it all — and are ready to do it differently.

Practical tools. Nervous system support. Real-world integration.
A small group of wāhine who get it — and space to find your way back to yourself.

FAQ’s

  • While it’s preferable that you attend all live group sessions to get the most out of the programme, life happens - unexpected work demands or family commitments arise. Every group session is recorded and available within 24 hours. You can catch up at your own pace while staying connected through WhatsApp support.

  • If you live outside of NZ or Australia, it’s best to email me at nat@nathugillcoach.com to discuss, as we'd need to ensure your time zone would be compatible with NZST for 1:1 and group online coaching calls. Note due to professional insurance limitations, I currently cannot accept clients from the USA or Canada.

  • In our first group session, we collaborate in an activity where we decide, as a collective, what ethics and standards we want to uphold for ourselves. While confidentiality is legally protected through your individual coaching agreement, we also establish group norms together. As your coach, I facilitate these conversations and manage the dynamics of the collective, ensuring everyone feels heard, valued and respected.

  • Absolutely. When you book your place, you'll sign an individual coaching agreement with strict confidentiality clauses. In our first session, we collaboratively decide what facilitating a safe group environment looks like, which will include a reminder about not sharing any other group members identity or information without consent.

  • This programme provides evidence-based tools, frameworks, and both 1:1 and group support for boundary development. Your outcomes depend on your commitment to applying what you learn and practicing the skills we develop together. As this is our founding cohort, you'll be among the first to experience this comprehensive approach to boundary work, and individual results will vary based on personal circumstances and engagement level.

  • You're part of the inaugural cohort that helps shape how this programme develops. Your feedback influences future iterations, and you get exclusive beta pricing.

  • I work with all women (cis, trans and non-binary who identify with womanhood) and am proudly LGBTQI+ friendly. This programme creates a psychologically safe space where all participants feel valued, heard, and supported in their transformation.
