Week 1: One-on-One Foundation Session with Nat + Community Connection

  • We start with a private 90-minute one-on-one session — just you and me, before the group begins. We map what's draining you, where boundaries are slipping, and what you actually want to reclaim. You leave with a personalised plan for the weeks ahead - built around you, not a template.

  • You'll also be invited into your cohort's private course community - your hub for connection, questions and each week's themed materials and education modules. Accessible via the GoKollab app or your client portal.

Weeks 2-7: Weekly Group Immersion & Boundary Practice

Each week you'll meet with your cohort online for a 120-minute live session - recorded and uploaded within 24 hours, so the programme works around your life, not the other way around.

Together we'll:

  • Reflect on the week and choose new weekly goals

  • Unpack that week's education module

  • Learn and practise new somatic tools you can use immediately

  • Work through real-time exercises that bring the tools off the page

  • Receive coaching from Nat and share within a supported group space

The weekly education modules are around 30 minutes each and all available from week one - so you can move through them when it suits you. Whether that's listening to them on your commute, on your walk or watching the videos from home.

What results can I expect?

Boundaries & Balance combines evidence-based tools, frameworks and both group and individual coaching support to help you build boundaries that hold.

Women from the inaugural cohort described feeling clearer about who they are and what matters to them - calmer, more stable, and more confident in the way they show up. Many spoke of letting go of mental loads they'd been carrying for years, reconnecting with parts of themselves they'd been ignoring, and finding more joy and trust in their day-to-day lives. Many noticed subtle shifts from the very first week as awareness built and daily stress began to feel lighter.

Your experience will be your own - shaped by where you are and what you're ready to explore.

I'm worried I don't have enough time for a 7-week programme.

That's a very valid concern - when you feel like the day doesn't have enough hours to hold your busy life as it is, it's understandable you'd consider this. To help reassure you - Boundaries & Balance was purposefully designed with the professional, busy woman in mind.

Sessions are 120 minutes once a week. Education modules are around 30 minutes each, available from week one - on your commute, your walk, whenever suits you. Every session is recorded and uploaded within 24 hours. In practice, you're looking at around 2.5 hours a week - plus a little time in the WhatsApp group, where you can offload, ask questions and get real support between sessions. That's time that belongs entirely to you.

It's worth considering how much time is already being taken up by the mental gymnastics, the replayed conversations, the guilt and upset. The question isn't really whether you have 2.5 hours a week - it's what those hours might give back to the other 165.

What if I can't attend all the live sessions?

We'd love to see you live each week - but we also know that's not always possible. Every session is recorded and uploaded within 24 hours, and the WhatsApp group keeps you connected and supported between sessions.

How is the programme delivered?

All sessions are held live online via Google Meet. Materials, session replays and your course community are all accessible through your client portal and the GoKollab app.

To join sessions you'll need a laptop or tablet with a microphone and camera. That's it.

How long is the programme and what’s included?

Boundaries & Balance runs for seven weeks. Here's what's included:

• A private 90-minute one-on-one foundation session with Nat before the group begins
• Six weekly 120-minute live group sessions
• All course materials available from week one via your client portal and the GoKollab app
• Session replays uploaded within 24 hours
• Ongoing support through a private WhatsApp group
• A 30-day post-programme one-on-one follow-up session with Nat

How big is each group?

Each cohort is limited to six women - kept intentionally small to ensure the space feels intimate, supportive and personal.

How do you ensure the group remains a safe space for everyone?

In our first session together we co-create a shared set of group values and agreements - the standards we each want to uphold within the space. These are revisited together to maintain a culture of care, respect and inclusion throughout the programme.

As your coach, I hold the space and guide the process to ensure everyone feels seen, heard and valued. What's shared in the group, stays in the group - and you always choose what you share.

Will my personal information remain confidential?

Yes. When you join you'll sign an individual coaching agreement with clear confidentiality clauses that protect your personal information throughout the programme and beyond.

Is your coaching trauma-informed and inclusive?

Yes. My practice is trauma-informed, LGBTQI-friendly and neuroaffirming - welcoming of all minds and ways of processing. You'll always be met with care and consent. We work at a pace that feels right for you and you always choose what you bring to the space.
