Week 1: One-on-One Foundation Session with Nat + Community Connection

  • We start with a private online 90-minute one-on-one session with Nat to uncover what’s draining you, where your boundaries are slipping and what you want to reclaim, finishing with a personalised plan for the weeks ahead

What results can I expect from Boundaries & Balance?

Boundaries & Balance offers evidence-based tools, frameworks and both group and individual support to help you build boundaries that hold. Your outcomes depend on your commitment to applying what you learn and practising the skills we explore together.

Wāhine from the inaugural cohort described feeling clearer and more centred - able to recognise when they’re slipping into old patterns, pause before saying yes and choose from calm instead of pressure. Many notice subtle shifts from the very first week as awareness builds and daily stress feels lighter. Everyone’s journey is unique and your results will reflect your level of engagement and the changes you’re ready to make.

How is the programme delivered?

All sessions are held live online via Google Meet and all materials are stored either in your client portal or in your course community on my coaching platform, Ivorey. You’ll need a laptop or tablet with a microphone and camera to join sessions and view materials.

All course materials will be uploaded and available to you on week 1 of the programme (see 'what's inside Boundaries & Balance section above for more information)

How long is the programme and what’s included?

Boundaries & Balance runs for seven weeks and includes:


• Weekly 120-minute live group sessions
• A 90-minute private 1:1 foundation session before the group begins
• All course materials available to you from week 1 of the programme via your client portal and private course community

• Access to replays of weekly group coaching sessions - no missing out, catch up at your own time
• Ongoing support through a private WhatsApp chat
• A 30-day post-programme 1:1 follow-up session (booked outside the 7 weeks of the programme)

How big is each group?

Each cohort is capped at six wāhine to keep it intimate, supportive and personal.

How do you ensure the group remains a safe space for everyone?

In our first session we co-create a shared set of group values, ethics and agreements - the standards we each want to uphold within the space. While confidentiality is protected through your individual coaching agreement, we also revisit these group norms together to maintain a culture of care, respect and inclusion. As your coach I hold the container and guide the process to ensure everyone feels seen, heard and valued.


This collective agreement helps everyone relax into the process, knowing we’re all holding the space together.

Will my personal information remain confidential?

Absolutely. When you join, you'll sign an individual coaching agreement with clear confidentiality clauses - and within the group we agree to keep each other’s stories private. What’s shared in the group, stays in the group. You always choose what you share.

Is your coaching trauma-sensitive and inclusive?

Yes. My practice is LGBTQI-friendly, neuroaffirming and trauma-sensitive. You’ll always be met with care, consent and safety as we work at a pace that feels right for you.

How do I join the next cohort?

What if I can't attend all the live sessions?

It’s best to attend all sessions, but if life happens, you won’t miss out. All sessions are recorded and uploaded within 24 hours and you’ll stay supported through the WhatsApp group between sessions.

What are the payment options?

You can pay in full or through a payment plan. Both options are clearly outlined on the Boundaries & Balance page (see the 'Investment' section) and are processed securely. Spaces are limited and often fill quickly, so securing your spot early guarantees your place in the next Boundaries & Balance group coaching programme and your commitment to yourself.

Can I get 1:1 support with you?

Absolutely! Boundaries and Balance offers group coaching, but if you're ready to go deeper - THRIVE is that next step.
